100EATS will be hosting this event for the 4th year. After taking a year off from this event, we are coming back bigger and better than anyone could have imagined. Last Pig Out we were able to obtain some big promotion from 2 TV spots ( PLACE HERE ), LA Times ( PLACE HERE ), and were able to reach over 3 million impressions. This year we plan to add and change some major portions of this event to help bring in additional promotion, guests, and sponsors. Not only have we rebranded this event previously known as Pig Out, But we have added several concepts to the event to make it the premier Cocktail centric event in California.


Not only will we be introducing some delicious cocktails from some of the top industry favorites in the game, We will also be bringing in some of the top chefs around to create some of the best pork bites guests can get. This year we will be adding several cant miss (Pre Event) classes and demos from top bartenders, chefs, and entrepreneurs in the game. We will allow anyone to purchase tickets to these classes to learn, develop, and expand there knowledge.

We are looking to have 15 Bartenders and 10 Chefs that are willing to challenge themselves and create something over the top delicious, interesting, and aesthetic.  We hope to push these items and the vendors creating them, not only to the 500 attending individuals, but to the eyes of our media partners and their Millions of followers (KTLA 5, CBS 2, FOX 11, etc.)


The event is expected to take place in 2 sessions. From 12 PM - 4 PM will be all of our classes highlighting Food & Drink entrepreneurs. From 5 PM - 9 PM will be our main event ( ticket purchases only for both sessions ). We are planning for the event to be on Sunday September 11th in Santa Ana.  We hope to sell out at 500 tickets for the main event. Pre sale tickets for both the classes and the main event will be available.
