This summer in OC is going to be one of the most exciting times for food since the opening of the Anaheim Packing House. You have the completion of the prized food hall, the rebirth of another food hall, and breakfast gets a facelift in Orange County. All of these eateries are driven by passionate leaders with inspiring stories and food that not only speaks to this generation, but elevates the Orange County food game. Here they are.

The time has now come, and Innovative Dining Group’s Sushi Roku Newport Beach is officially open for business. Their sushi is unparalleled, their beef practically melts in your mouth and their unique touches with seasonal, local produce and expertly crafted sauces create flavor profiles that are both complex and delectable. Chef Cody Storts is leading the charge for a breakfast revolution in Orange County. From the creators of The Iron Press and The Blind Rabbit, comes Hatch, rounding out the tenants at Union Market Tustin. Hatch is the home of the slider among Leonard Chan’s restaurant concepts. Guests will have the option to choose their protein and build a slider, or choose from the many concoctions created by Chef Andrew Singh and Chef Steve Takashi. Pair your burger creations with one of the many Tiki drinks being swizzled at the bar, and have a drink on the patio for some extra people watching.

Farm fresh, made from scratch food, faster than you thought you could ever have it. The Kroft has been among the most popular eateries at the Anaheim Packing House since its opening, and now a second location is already around the corner. Now Tustin is sure to be lined with French fry fiends who long to fill their Chicken Pot Pie Poutine fix. Stephen Le has introduced flavorful comfort food in a grab and go way, with food that looks just as beautiful as it tastes.

Pandor is a little bit of France in Orange County. Tiffany and Raffi Septijan have spent years in travel and research developing an authentic French flavor in their bread, pastries, salads and sandwiches. Their third location will be the smallest of the three, but will be offering unique, build it yourself offerings that seem to be a hit among the crowds at the Anaheim Packing House. Additionally, they will offer prized savory and sweet treats that have made Pandor a crowd favorite already.
