Red Envelope is a collaborative project bringing Vietnamese-Fusion Comfort Food to the Orange County food scene. The team behind Red Envelope includes beloved Chef Hop Phan (Dos Chinos, Megadon) Chef Mike (Anchor Hitch), and Andy Nguyen (AFTERS Ice Cream, Sweet COMBforts, Portside and more). This crew has come together to bring something special to the ever-evolving Santa Ana food hall, 4th Street Market, and is already taking over the social media universe with their diverse and colorful menu items.

Beef Pho: 24 hr broth, NY steak, angus brisket, green onions, white onions, cilantro, basil, served with bean sprouts and jalapenos on the side
Pho French Dip: Hoisin/Sriracha sauce, green onions, white onions, cilantro, bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos, brisket, topped with salt and pepper on a French roll, served with Pho broth dip
Elote: grilled corn topped with garlic aioli, chili powder, aioli
