Lupes Taco Shop has made a name for themselves as a SoCal neighborhood taqueria, offering much more than just tacos and the other usual suspects. Their popular San Diego location opened in 2012, their Huntington Beach shop to follow, and soon to come is their third spot in Dana Point. Signature items like the TGunz Burrito, Hot Cheetos Burrito, and Shrimp Quesataco are just a few that are making a statement within the SoCal foodie scene. Stuffing french fries into a burrito is old hat in Cali, but Hot Cheetos and Taquitos puts Lupes on another level. Be forewarned, a food coma is a common side affect of these satisfying creations.
