Hiro Nori is a craft ramen establishment looking to bring something unique to TRADE and the Irvine community. Owners Hiro(michi) and (Tada)Nori aim to present a ramen restaurant that appeals to the diverse demographics of Southern California by offering the most delicious and most affordable ramen in a warm, modern Japanese atmosphere. The labor of making ramen is no joke. It takes not only physical labor but mental labor as well to perfect the perfect ramen broth. Fortunately for Tadanori and Hiro, ramen is not seen as work but a fun, creative challenge.

Craft home-made ramen featuring fresh cut noodles. Hiro Nori doesn't freeze any of their product, and they never buy noodles or soup from somewhere else. While most other ramen restaurants have to buy from other companies due to lack of noodle and broth knowledge and experience, Hiro Nori stands out from the crowd and does it all on their own.
