Located in Downtown Santa Ana, 4th Street Market is a progressive food hall inspired by and filled with creative chefs, food artisans, and small business entrepreneurs. Originally the longstanding Santa Ana Swap Meet, this community gathering place features fifteen thoughtfully curated vendors, 10 incubator kitchens, seating for three hundred guests, and more. 4th Street Market invites guests to drink and dine, meet up with friends and family, and enjoy the multitude of activities in the DTSA's revitalized East End neighborhood.
Open seven days a week, 4th Street Market offers an eclectic mix of dining options, including sandwiches, poke, salads, tacos, pho, ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, pizza and more. There is always something for everyone, along with weekly entertainment and other events such as cooking classes and demonstrations. The Orange County culinary scene is constantly progressing and 4th Street Market is undoubtedly an innovative location that is proving this, and an exemplary source for 'what's new in food'.

EAST END INCUBATOR KITCHENS
In addition to the wonderful array of tenants 4th Street Market hosts, they also house East End Incubator Kitchens, a place where culinary creativity blooms. East End Incubator Kitchens is 4th Street Market’s fully equipped, commercial kitchen spaces for rent, ideally designed for artisanal and small-scale food production, personal chefs and caterers. The kitchens offer six traditional facilities, and each space is fully self-contained (meaning that the food maker is not sharing their space with another) and features public viewing windows into the market. These commercial kitchens may be rented by the hour, day, or month, utilizing access to the market’s 8,000 square foot basement which includes a commissary, dry storage, cold storage, along with a packing and labeling room. Food artisans will also have the opportunity to showcase and test market their products in 4th Street Market’s on-site specialty food shop.
